COLLECTION PROCESS

No Cure – No Pay Process
We have a No Cure, No Pay collection process. If we can’t collect, it’s on us. This process consists of 2 phases.

PHASE ONE: OUT-OF-COURT COLLECTION

With this process, we initiate a series of negotiation with the debtors with the view to ensure the overdue amounts are settled soon as possible. We also conduct the property verification and saturation drive.

If all attempts to reach a conclusion to the account fail, we go to Phase Two where we immediately endorsed to Legal Department and file necessary actions and resolve the problem.

PHASE TWO: DEBT COLLECTION UNDER LAW FORCE

In this stage we provide complex legal services including filing legal actions, attending court hearing and acting as a Paralegal. The Legal staffs will immediately contact the debtor via the phone, in addition to the series of letters/ demand letters.
