Important subjects, including data privacy, effective communication strategies, ethical data collection methods, and managing challenging customer contacts, were all covered in this extensive course. With the goal to strengthen learning and engagement, the session featured a variety of presentations, interactive exercises, and real-world case studies. All employees were required to attend since the training was essential to upholding legal requirements and providing reliable, superior customer service.
